3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one registered account on j333 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. j333 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, j333 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits attached to them.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

j333 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a scan or photograph of a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport before your first withdrawal is processed. j333 may also request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be clear, unedited originals. Submission of altered or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. j333 customer support will never ask for your password. Any activity carried out using your credentials before you notify j333 of a security breach will be your responsibility.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

j333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds awarded by j333 must be wagered at a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus would require ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by product, account tier, or promotional period. j333 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where responsible gaming or fraud prevention considerations apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Money laundering: Using j333 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gambling activity.
• Fraud: Providing false registration information, submitting forged or altered KYC documents, or misrepresenting your identity or financial position in any communication with j333.

8.1 Suspension by j333

j333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where j333 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used for prohibited activities, that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria, or that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the wellbeing of the account holder.

8.2 Closure by the Account Holder

You may request the closure of your j333 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method net of any outstanding bonus obligations. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened subject to re-verification, unless the closure was requested as a responsible gaming self-exclusion, in which case the closure is permanent and irreversible.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who request account closure specifically on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion due to problem gambling concerns — will have their accounts permanently closed. j333 is not liable for any of the following, regardless of how such loss or damage arises:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind
• Service interruptions, delays, or platform unavailability caused by factors outside j333's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor downtime, force majeure events, or regulatory action
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Decisions made by third-party game studios or sports governing bodies that affect the settlement of bets or game outcomes

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits j333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

j333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must notify j333 support before the effective date and, if you wish to close your account, do so via the account closure process described in Section 8.2. Remaining account balances will be returned in full where closure is requested solely in response to a Terms amendment.
